Our client in Boca Raton is seeking a HR Specialist with a payroll focus. The HR Specialist will work along an HR Generalist and HR Director and the main focus will be handling payroll and onboarding processes. This position is great for someone that lives in the area, is computer savvy (client is requiring a Microsoft Excel test), polished, resourceful, and is looking for growth! The ideal candidate has experience handling a high volume payroll office, specifically using ADP, and onboarding procedures such as background checks, new hire paperwork, etc. Immediate need! This is a full-time, in office role and Monday - Friday.Qualifications and Responsibilities:*Coordinates day-to-day tasks to support for all human resources function areas including payroll, benefits administration, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement and regulatory compliance.*Administers bi-weekly payroll processes, including but not limited to time and attendance accuracy checks; process employment-related and compensation changes in the payroll system; calculates final paychecks; processes deductions and garnishments; prints checks and payroll reports; and all other payroll processing duties as required.*1+ years processing payroll; ADP Workforce experience highly desired*6 months or more experience with new hire and onboarding processes: Background checks New hire paperwork*2 - 5 years of experience in HR-related jobs* Proficient in Excel*Processing and reconciliation of HR-related expenditures and invoices If you are interested in a growing your career, please apply above or email your resume (in Word) to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] or apply online at Should you meet the qualifications of the above position you will be contacted for interview.
