CFS is hiring an Executive Recruiter! This is an Associate - Mid Level role focused on managing both rides of recruiting: candidate sourcing and client sales/management. Day-to-Day in this Position: Create a network of professionals in your city. You will maintain a list of vetted candidates as well as collaborate with your team to find the best possible fit for each job. Post job ads, screen resumes, search for talent, interview candidates, conduct reference checks and verify qualifications. Prospect and connect with hiring managers to discover job opportunities and sell our services. Match ideal candidates to each open job and then collect commission! We are on a hybrid schedule!
