Competitive compensation and excellent benefits Great growth opportunityJob DetailsResponsibilities: Heavy involvement in new acquisitions and asset sales by Greenbacker. Manager will review and analyze each transaction, review work prepared by the Seniors and Staff, give feedback and develop the skills of each team member. Prepare technical accounting memos to analyze and support accounting scenarios both common and unique to the renewable energy industry. Lead department projects, including developing and maintaining timelines and checklists for multiple projects to ensure all deadlines are met. Efficiently and appropriately delegate work to team members, and consistently and reliably communicate upwards. Anticipate and identify potential issues and challenges created by a particular transaction or process and work proactively with the team to address them. Coordinate with the month end close teams to ensure that all acquisition and other transaction activity is recorded and reconciled monthly in a timely manner.Requirements: CPA, Public Accounting experience5-7+ years of experienceExperience with ASC810, ASC805, ASC505, ASC470Interested in hearing more?
