We are currently expanding Intensive Behavior Health Services and we are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor provides administrative support, clinical supervision and support to clinical staff.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Provides recovery oriented, trauma informed and culturally competent clinical supervision to Clinical staff. Works in collaboration with Director, Clinical Coordinators, and Psychologist to ensure quality services and data collectionParticipates in inter-agency team meetings with Behavior Consultants, Mobile Therapists, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Care Coordinators, and School Personnel.Ensure that Clinicians are providing consistent documented supervision of Behavioral Health TechniciansAssists with crisis management and de-escalationOn call responsibilitiesProvides individual, family and group psychotherapy PRN at the direction of the directorOversight of data outcomes, monitoring and collaboration with teamThoroughly documents recovery oriented, trauma informed supervision and trainingsCreation and run orientation groupsChart monitoring to ensure that treatment plans, progress summaries, discharge summaries are in line with the Network Inclusion Criteria Standards for Excellence.Provides clinical supervision for clinically challenging cases.Review, track and monitor case-conference and complex casesProviding feedback and training to clinicians and Behavioral Health Technicians while reviewing areas of needed munity Integration Ensuring that Clinicians and Behavioral Health Technicians perform the following:Assist and support individuals in utilizing educational and support groups, activities deemed beneficial for clients.Work closely with school, camp and community organizations in developing partnershipsPromote individuals'' utilization of community resources and peer supports outside of the facility to promote community integration,Support the individual and engage families, friends, and significant others in connecting with community resources in learning how to improve or eliminate unhealthy relationshipsAdvocacy/Case Management Ensuring that clinicians and Behavioral Health Technicians perform the following:Mediates and advocates on behalf of the individual to help him/her obtain quality services.Support individuals in identifying their areas of need for treatment servicesIdentify Barriers to full participation and develop strategies to overcome them.Actively participate in team meetings and engage individual, other team members, and family/significant others to provide input.. Requirements: Requirements:Master''s Degree in a clinical mental health discipline; in order to count as a mental health degree, the degree must contain at least twelve (12) credit hours in core behavioral health coursework.Must have an active Clinical License in the state of PA Three years post Master Degree experience providing mental health treatment including psychotherapy, counseling and assessment is required.At least one year in a supervisor role.Bi-lingual (Spanish & English) a plus. ***Effective October 15, 2021, all employees/contractors/interns/volunteers are required to provide our office with proof of COVID vaccination.
