The successful candidate must bring prior health care recruiting experience for non-exempt/hourly positions and be fluent using an ATS. Your experience must consist of both sourcing candidates through non-traditional channels, as well as direct interviewing. The role will also assist our HR department in the onboarding of new home health aides. A typical workweek could include the following:sourcing candidates through creative channels besides just job boardsconducting virtual interviews using MS TEAMSmanaging candidates via an ATSmanage, with 100% accuracy, new hire documentation and home health aide work credentialssupport the onboarding process for new hiresSuccessful candidates will be helpful, team-oriented, and flexible. Other important qualities will be a true desire to provide service our community''s senior/aging population. . A college degree preferred -ONLY applicants with sourcing experience for active and passive candidates will be considered. We provide competitive pay, a direct care health plan, and PTO.
