The right candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment for packaging services and be able to engineer processes for optimal outcomes. JOB PURPOSE A hands-on, strategic, process-engineer role responsible for actively managing a team of client contacts and business divisions within a key client in the Hi-tech Consumer Products industry. The individual will monitor Service Level Agreements, identify and drive new business initiatives for packaging services and for our wider localization services, manage a multi-functional team of designers, packaging engineers and project managers providing multiple services within the packaging and graphics industry, and work with the internal and external management teams to fully support negotiation and decision making in relation to team capacity and expertise. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with our teams globally and the client to deliver process, sustainability, technology and other innovations.
