Receives referral calls, documents job orders, fulfills the staffing order with qualified personnel, and/or organizes/reorganizes job schedules for home care municates with both clients and employees in a friendly and professional manner.Answers phone lines and transfers calls to appropriate team members. Prepares admission packets for patients. Creates folders for clients, files and maintains documentation.Ensures authorization for client services.Ensures proper documentation is available for staff. Opens and routes mail.Ensures all assigned office functions are completed in compliance with federal, state, local laws and regulations as well as all policies, procedures, and standards of Interim HealthCare.Promotes agency through education to prospective and existing patients/pletes other assignments as requested and assigned.May have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities.Minimum Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities RequiredAssociate Degree, or equivalent years of training or work experience.One (1) year experience in healthcare, temporary help, or related industry.Skill to prepare ad maintain patent records, files, and reports. Proficient in software systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
