What This Position Is All About: The Sr. Manager of People Solutions Group will lead the people solutions and people effectiveness teams. The People Solutions Group maintains the central source of information associates can consult about human resource policies. People Solutions Group utilizes the software product (Cherwell) to track incoming employee requests and offer self-service options for key company forms and information. The People Effectiveness Team partners with business leaders, legal and asset protection to guide the organization around policy administration. Our ideal candidate is an out of the box thinker who is experienced in designing scalable solutions, has experience with both exempt and non-exempt associates, loves to interact with people, possesses sharp analytical skills with a strong work ethic, and is ready to roll their sleeves up and make things happen. Who You Are: A self starter who is focused on serving the customer You are a natural problem-solver who is also intuitively analytical and creative You enjoy being part of a collaborative and agile team You thrive on leading and mentoring others You Also Have: 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 3 years leading a specialized function within HR (employee relations, HR help desk, people effectiveness). Seasoned at developing and implementing Service Level Agreements Experience at managing and guiding employee relations is a must Comfortable working in various systems (Cherwell, Oracle, G-suite, Navex) Experience at leading international teams, time zones and cultures is highly preferred As the Sr Manager People Solutions Group, You Will: Provide consult and offer solutions when needed for both teams Be responsible for quarterly reporting on all People Effectiveness cases Monitor metrics and overall reporting for People Effectiveness teams (employee relations & HR support) Ensure SLA''s are prioritized and met Act as a strategic business partner when advising teams and business leaders Create an enjoyable and engaging work environment for remote and in-office employees How Often You May Travel: Minimal (less than 25%) Your Life and Career at SFA: Be part of a world-class team; work with an adventurous spirit; think and act like an owner- operator!
