Service Associate Lansdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat is looking for an energetic, customer service-oriented individual for a Service Associate position within our Service Department. The Service Associate is an integral part of the function and overall success of the Service Department. The Associate answers customer questions and directs them to the appropriate staff member, responds to service emails, makes appointments from online inquires, and has wonderful phone skills. As with all positions within dealerships, the Service Associate is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards. A professional appearance and attitude are required Job duties: Greeting the customers Assisting customers by providing the information needed Initiate the service process Escort customers to the service area Introduce customers to the Service Advisor Do a vehicle inspection upon arrival of vehicle Perform other duties as requested by management
