Responsibilities This individual will engage in our Sales & Operations Planning process, working closely with Commercial to understand our demand and provide visibility to Operations so they have appropriate inputs to plan their work in an effort to achieve our working capital targets. In addition, the Supply Chain Analyst will support the various Operations teams to take ownership of their planning tasks. This role will be heavily involved in the launch of our strategic network initiative for E2E (End to End) Supply Chain Transformation. ResponsibilitiesSupport transition of S&OP model from Excel based to a sustainable and scalable software toolLiaise with commercial and operational teams to gather the sales forecast and resources required to facilitate the creation of a consensus demand planUnderstand capacity as well as other operational constraints to build executable supply plansUse technology to facilitate the movement of orders and inventory flow to create an efficient plan for the network as well as achieve working capital targetsTrack KPI metrics and analyze trends to identify discrepancies and improve the planning modelMonitor supply chain and financial metrics to optimize the costs and customer requirementsParticipate in making process improvements and solving operational challengesMaintain positive, professional, and timely communications, within various internal contacts, as well as with external customersDevelop analysis and presentations for leadership that contain insightful and actionable intelligencePerform other related duties as assigned
