Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job SummaryCoordinates and/or conducts full cycle recruiting and hiring process for assigned business unit.Ensures proper process administration in partnership with operations and HR business partners and compliance with company policy and procedures.Coordinates interview scheduling, conducts interviews and make recommendations for hires, ensuring proper ongoing file maintenance and disposition of all applicants.Participates in recruiting events such as attending job fairs and monthly outreach events and builds strategic business relationships with recruiting contacts.Supports the overall recruitment strategy in collaboration with the talent acquisition team and site HR leaders.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator that is a team player and happy to jump in and roll up their sleeves to support our fast-paced team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage all interviewing scheduling, assist in support and operations within our ATS, streamline processes, and deliver an impactful and positive candidate experience.The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the entire recruiting life cycle. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator requires a high level of organizational and administrative skills in conjunction with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners. Roles and ResponsibilitiesSchedule candidate interviews (phone, MS Teams and/or Zoom) at all phases of the recruiting process (internal and external) and coordinate related activitiesManage all administrative and operational support throughout the entire recruiting processProvide an excellent applicant and candidate experienceFacilitate the pre-employment process for successful applicantsSupport the requisition process on behalf of the Talent Acquisition teamAssist with the requisition approval and offer processesServe as the operations subject-matter-expert with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to train end-users on effective processes including opening and closing requisitions, dispositioning of candidates, and offer generation and approvalAssist with candidate sourcing and screening on selected positionsReview job descriptions prior to posting to ensure brand alignment and accuracyAnalyze recruitment data and provide feedback to recruiter where there are bottlenecks Assist with campus recruiting initiatives and internship programs
