Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) Temp Length: 6+ months Pay: 25.00 / HR Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P Responsibilities for this Claims Representative job include, but are not limited to: Printing, sorting, and metering all outbound mail from our onsite mailroom. Opening, sorting, and scanning all inbound mail. Computer skills and data input skills are critical to be successful in this position. Must have a desire to help internal and external customers by being empathetic and demonstrating patience and providing accurate information. Outgoing and energetic attitude Good listening skills Multi-tasking ability Excellent problem-solving capabilities Computer experience (must be able to navigate between multiple applications and input data quickly) Emotional fortitude for high stress situations. Qualifications for this Claims Representative job: A High School Diploma, GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience Experience working within a customer service role interacting with internal and external customers Ability to be flexible and ability to prioritize, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Why work for Adecco?
