Consultant Systems/Software Prodcution Support

Job Description:Member of team responsible for production support as it relates to projects and BAU serivce requests for IDS platform and/or other Treasury Liquidity product applications. Will be key contact for all Line of Business, Product Operations & Technology partners as it pertains to testing requirements and results.Reviews all project and/or Service request pletes all required supporting documentation and represents application as SME for assigned projects.Works closely with Product, Operations & Technology partners to ensure proper, issue free implementation.Current/previous Bank application and/or Production support experience.Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audienceAbility to work under pressure in a team environmentSelf-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalateWorked on and/or led projects with strong understanding of requirements, documentation & timelines.Risk and controls tellectual CuriousitySpeaks up, not afraid to ask questions to gain full understandingOrganized. Can handle multiple projects/service requests.Operational Excellence/End2End focusMicrosoft Office - Word, Power Point and Intermediate + Excel skillsFamiliar with Corporate/Commercial platforms & applicactions, specifically IDS.
