This is a 7 minute commute from the Manayunk Station, 15 minutes from the North Broad Station, 25 minutes from the Jefferson Station and 35 minutes from 30th Street Station.We currently have exciting opportunities for a Entry Level Customer Service Representatives in our Conshohocken, PA Office.These full-time positions are available in our Insurance Inquiry Department. This position will require that you make outbound calls to patients that have been seen in the emergency room, but for one reason or another, we are missing information to bill them or their insurance companies correctly. This IS NOT a collections or sales position. Bilingual (Spanish/English) are strongly encouraged to apply.Hours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Monday-FridayPay rate: $12.00 per hourResponsibilities View patient charts via computer and determine necessary insurance information. Input information through either the predictive dialer system or manually. Contact patients, employers, attorneys and insurance companies to collect insurance data via telephone. Check (via telephone) to see if patients are eligible with their state welfare program to be able to receive medical benefits. Follow up with any managed Medicaid accounts to obtain provider names, provider numbers and/or authorizations as needed. Other duties as assignedQualifications Proof of H.S.
