What This Position is All About: Reporting to the Sr. Manager People Operations, the PMO Specialist will work closely with the People Planning, Analytics and Technology teams to coordinate, liaise and oversee People projects, initiatives and launches across the SFA organization. They will play an integral role in project timeline management and steady state operations, including team invoicing, scheduling, system(s) troubleshooting, and reporting. Who You Are: You possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across the business You are a proactive, data-driven problem-solver who is intuitively analytical and achievement oriented You thrive in a rapidly changing environment with exposure to a wide variety of critical People functions You want to make a meaningful impact to our People function, our Associates, our Clients, and the evolving Luxury Retail industry 3+ years experience in project management or people operations Experience working with project management software (Asan a plus) Experience troubleshooting in HR Systems (Oracle EBS, Fusion, Taleo a plus) Experience working with a mid-sized organization a plus Intermediate Excel Skills Implementation experience with systems such as WorkDay or UltiPro Strong written and verbal communication skills As the PMO Specialist, You Will: Project Management: Work with internal and external to ensure timely completion of People projects (new launches, system integrations and more), ensuring all deadlines are met Create project plans in partnership with internal stakeholders, working closely with People Business Partners Provide guidance on the resources required to successfully complete each project Consult with leadership to seek guidance and input during the key phase of each project. Operations: Support general or day-to-day inquiries related to planning, analytics and technology, and resolve in a timely manner Perform light administrative tasks in support of the people operations function, such as (but not limited to), preparing people team communications, invoicing and more HR Technology: Supports HR system configurations (Oracle EBS and Fusion) upgrades, tests enhancements to enable optimal utilization of functionality, serves as a technical point-of-contact for departments on day-to-day data entry, and UAT testing.
