Accounting Controller

Alchemy is delighted to be partnering with an established business based in Chicago, in their search for an experienced Accounting Controller who has both staff management and NetSuite experience The Accounting Controller will work closely with the CEO and will be responsible for the Accounting Team, Financial Reporting and NetSuite ERP system. Responsibilities: ● Oversee the daily accounting functions, to include accounts payable and accounts receivable ● Supervises the daily activities of two Accounting team members ● Month-end sales Tax calculations ● Month-end and year-end Financial Statements and Accounting reports ● Journal entries ● Revenue reporting ● Project Cost Accounting ● Commission Accounting ● Responsibility for the ERP and Accounting systems, including NetSuite ● NetSuite Administration and NetSuite maintenance ● Builds a good relationship with colleagues ● Collaborates with internal colleagues on various projects
