Job Description:Treasury Data Management (TDM) is responsible for ensuring the data used in key internal and regulatory reports is timely, accurate, and properly controlled. This role will be responsible for supporting Treasury users of Loans data (consumer loans and wholesale credit products). The primary functions of the Banking Products SME include partnering with Treasury consumers, upstream data providers, and technology teams to serve as a subject-matter expert on the banking products data and the data supply chain, understand the various regulatory and internal reporting uses of banking products data; perform complex data analysis and drive resolution of data issues, document and communicate new business and data requirements, engage with upstream data providers to research and source new required data attributes and/or populations, test/validate data and functionality changes as part of the release management process and provide evidence as needed to support internal and regulatory audits/exams. Required Skills & Experience:Demonstrated experience using SQL, Toad, Excel, VBA, SAS, etc., to analyze large datasets to answer complex business problemsStrong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to rapidly 'connect the dots'' to understand the larger issues beyond the detailsSelf-motivated, intellectually curious, able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to build strong working relationships with technical and business partners throughout the data supply chainExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; the ability to summarize complex issues clearly and succinctly and communicate with impactBachelor''s degree, or higher, in Business / related field, or related work experienceStrongly Desired Skills/Experience:Prior data management or technology/finance experience in Wholesale Credit, Consumer Banking, or Credit Risk organizations at BAC or similar-sized financial institutionKnowledge/familiarity with commercial or consumer loans products, and/or experience with regulatory or financial reporting of sameKnowledge or prior experience with Data Controls monitoring and/or Data Control governance practicesFamiliarity with BAC Enterprise Data Management Policy & Standards and the BAC Risk FrameworkExperience with data visualization and process automation using tools such as Tableau and AlteryxJob Band:H5Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:0 --> Job Description:Treasury Data Management (TDM) is responsible for ensuring the data used in key internal and regulatory reports is timely, accurate, and properly controlled.
