Payroll Specialist

Zilber Ltd. is a developer of residential, commercial, and light industrial properties located in premier locations across the United States and headquartered in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our Payroll Specialist''s main responsibilities include: Maintain employee data, benefit and payroll records in HRIS, Full-cycle processing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly multi-state payrolls, Complete monthly, quarterly, annual, reporting requirements (Internal and external), Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, Coordinate garnishments and state and federal tax payments, Update enrollments with benefit carrier and process monthly billings, Act as the main point-of-contact for management and employee timekeeping and payroll-related questions.Required qualifications and skills: High School Diploma/GED, Minimum 3 years of experience processing full-cycle in-house multi-state payroll, Direct experience with state and federal tax regulations and filings, Recent experience with an HRIS system along with Excel proficiency, Outstanding attention to detail, organization, time management, and follow-up skills, Strong communications skills, both written and verbal to work with executives, managers, employees and related third-parties, High level of professionalism by being prompt, accurate and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, Must possess an innate ability to complete tasks and processes with accuracy.We offer competitive compensation along with great benefits including; medical, dental, vision and disability insurance, paid parental leave, paid covered parking, paid time off, wellness program benefits and an attractive 401K plan with generous company match.
