We currently have a contract opportunity for an Assurance Data Analyst to lend specific subject matter knowledge around the management and optimization of big data, and standardizing and maintaining connections to datasets from multiple systems.Empower audit teams to streamline and maximize their use of data in their audits by generating meaningful insights and improvements in audit qualitySupport audit team''s development of custom analytics and visualizationsNavigate complexities related to data extraction and transformationDevelop advanced data analytics using machine learning techniquesLeverage client data to improve efficiency and quality of the auditA minimum of a bachelor''s degree with hands on data analytics/data science experience; however, will also consider candidates with degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or EconomicsA minimum of 2-7 years experience in a data analyst / data science role using programming languages such as python, java, and SQLExperience working in the finance, accounting, professional services, or management consulting sectors a plus but not required Knowledge dashboards and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and/or TableauAbility to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
