We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team and help us on our mission to build a brighter future for our people!The Role:As the Account Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of solar customer accounts and are expected to foster strong and long-lasting relationships with the customers we serve.Duties/Responsibilities:Manage Solar customer accounts. Operate as point-of-contact for customers and communicate account updates. Assist with challenging customer requests and/or complaints. Escalating issues as plete and submit appropriate documents for Install and Permission to Operate. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Bilingual in English and Spanish Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred One to three years of prior customer service experience is preferred Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
