About UsWe are a well-established and forward thinking dermatology practice focused on delivering exceptional care and results for our valued patients.Responsibilities - Act as a primary liaison for the practice in all day-to-day administrative support matters - Primary point of contact for phones, scheduling, patient check in/out, and collecting co-pays - Actively participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and webinars - Assist with managing revenue cycle and billing management, EMR, reports and updates - Assist with maintaining inventory, ordering, re-stocking of supplies. - Open office as neededEducation - Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent medical office experience preferred - High School Diploma (or equivalent)Qualifications - Knowledge of dermatology and/or experience with Modernizing Medicine EMR a plusSkills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite + Excellent computer skills - Exceptional communication + interpersonal skills - Works well with others - Self-starter, ability to take initiative, perform multiple duties accurately - Ability to resolve problems and adapt to fluid situations in a fast-paced environmentPosition TypeFull-TimeBenefitsOur comprehensive full-time employment package includes a competitive salary, paid time off, medical benefits, 401K, employee/family discounts, cosmetic treatments, professional development allowance, and more.
