Mobile Technical Support Engineer - Contractor

We currently have a contract opportunity for a Mobile Technical Support Engineer.Will be providing support to approximately 2000 end users: Mobile Platform Services, Mobile Productivity Apps, and Mobile App ServicesSystems Administration of the MDM Intune GCC High environmentResponsible for managing Apple Business Manager (ABM) for GCC High devicesWork with the Mobile Platform and Mobile Productivity Apps teamsIntegrate and assist with transitioning of new GCC High capabilities into productionProvide support to IT personnel on planning and implementing infrastructure plansEnforce mobile device policies and procedure in the GCC High Intune environmentRespond to requests from internal and authorized external business units in a timely mannerBachelors Degree or Master''s degree in information technology preferredApproximately 3 years of experience in a comparable roleIndustry technical certification for relevant product(s) are highly desiredActive Top Secret Clearance or willingness to obtain oneMust present verification that you have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before your start date.
