Austin Staffing, Inc is now hiring an Administrative Assistant for our client that specializes in Industrial Equipment Sales. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity for the right candidate. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our client''s managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company''s general administrative activities. Our client has been providing high-quality industrial painting equipment to the Austin Community for several years. In this role, you will be the face of the company, providing fast and friendly service to customers and staff. Primary Job Duties:Answer phones and emails Greet visitorsSchedule appointments and maintain calendarsSchedule and coordinate staff and other meetingsCollate and distribute mailPrepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondenceWrite and edit documents (letters, reports, and informational documents)Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physicalManage accounts and perform bookkeepingQualifications:Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin AssistantKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresWorking knowledge of office equipment (printers, multiline phones, fax machines, etc.)Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskHigh School degreeAdditional certification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plusLocation: North AustinSchedule: Full TimePay Rate: $15-$16/hourCall Austin Staffing, Inc. today to set up an online interview.
