Corporate Recruiter

Our client is one of the largest retail real estate companies in the United States, looking to add two energetic, hard-working and dedicated Corporate Recruiters to their corporate office in Chicago, IL! An excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a highly functioning HR team with great growth opportunities!In this role, you will be partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and HR Directors to identify key recruiting needs while utilizing highly effective recruitment strategies to secure and retain top talent. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for the day to day activities and initiatives for an assigned business group.The Role:Responsible for full cycle talent recruitment, driving sourcing and recruitment activities.Create, cultivate and maintain ongoing strong working relationships with HR Directors and HRBPs in order to understand the business unit, planning strategies, recruitment strategies and create a partnership that ensures a seamless hiring process.Create partnerships with hiring manager, compensation team and other HRBPs to present and negotiate candidate offers.Research, network and connect with passive candidates in effort to build a pipeline of key talent available for immediate and future hiring needs. In addition, you will be creating robust sourcing strategies that will attract top talent.Managing scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Ensure timely follow-up with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience.Analyze recruitment trends/metrics and develop new solutions and improvements, when necessary.Provide employees with guidance on general benefit and data questions.You:High School Diploma required, Bachelor''s Degree preferredMinimum of 3 years in recruiting experience supporting a variety of corporate functions; finance and accounting recruitment strongly preferred.Process oriented & strong attention to detail.Ability to be flexible multitask.Must be able to keep confidential employee and team information discrete.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
