Discover more at /about.OverviewThe Learning and Development Solutions Lead is a hands-on, individual contributor for our Commercial Banking Enterprise Learning and Talent Development Team. This position has vast learning and development growth potential for the right candidate. This role could be based out of Jacksonville, FL, Livingston, NJ, New York City, NY, Pasadena, CA, or Remote.CIT provides financing solutions for borrowers and lessees, and assist manufacturers and distributors in growing sales, profitability and customer loyalty by providing customized, value added finance solutions to its commercial clients. CIT''s technology platform allows small businesses to access financing through a highly automated credit approval, documentation and funding process.Partner with people/learning leadership on developing and facilitating program objectives, strategies, resourcing, and workplans across all Commercial SegmentsWork with business partners and subject matter experts on various, simultaneous training deliverablesPerform needs analysis to determine appropriate course content and course delivery method (eLearning, instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, convert existing classroom content to online learning, blended learning, etc.)Translate instructional concepts into innovative, interactive, one-of-a-kind learning solutions (eLearning, quick reference guides, user guides/manuals, course materials, etc., for various learning applications including technical system rollouts)Design materials, practice systems, test equipment and facilitate various training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skillsetsProvide daily program administration and consultative design expertise on key learning associate development programsProduce analytical strategies for measuring and assessing results of learning initiatives and implementing enhancementsDevelop, organize, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for new employeesPerform administrative duties, as required, including maintaining training records in our learning management systemRequirements:Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Instructional Design, or a related fieldBanking, financial services, and/or call center experienceKnowledge of basic business, banking terminology/concepts, federal regulations, commercial banking products, policies, and/or operating proceduresMust have excellent interpersonal, relationship development, and written communication skills to connect with all levels throughout the organizationQuick learner, agile, proactive, keen attention to detail, analytical, consultative in thought, self-starter, ability to multi-task and own a project from day oneStrong presentation skills to effectively present technical and complex information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employeesAbility to extensively research and analyze training options/alternatives, providing recommendationsExperience developing creative and impactful learning programs, courses and content (eLearning, virtual classroom, instructor-led, and other learning delivery methods)Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise) or other multimedia training development platforms experienceCornerstone On Demand or other learning management system experienceVirtual meeting familiarity (WebEx, Zoom, etc.)Extremely proficient with technical systems including Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn systems quicklyCIT is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity.
