Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge in reading and understanding working drawings. Experience in ordering, scheduling, quality control, and production of all phases of construction. Knowledge of general conditions and safety standards, including Safety Training Certificates (e.g. Basics of Supervision, First Aid, Fall Arrest, Natural Gas, Propane), are essential. Capacity to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment. Collaborative attitude and ability to work constructively with multidisciplinary team in development, design and construction to achieve the best business outcomes. Possesses entrepreneurial spirit.
