Systematically develop and maintain relationships in the business community to generate new leads and referrals.Performance Management:Senior Managers actively participate in recruiting and staffing events and decisionsActively participate in the development, preparation and delivery of ongoing internal trainingProvide strong mentorship to our up and coming team membersQualifications:Minimum of 8-10 years of public accounting experience preparing/reviewing tax returns for High Net Worth individuals, Partnerships, Trusts and EstatesBachelor''s Degree in Accounting or Master''s Degree in Accounting or TaxCPA licensure requiredSeries 7, CFP or similar designations desiredDirect experience in assisting in the design and implementation of estate plans involving but not limited to:Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts (IDGT)Family Limited Partnerships (FLP)Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts (GRAT)Qualified Personal Residence Trusts (QPRT)Charitable Remainder Trusts (CRAT & CRUT)Strong relevant tax technical knowledgeStrong analytical, research and critical thinking skills as well as decision-making skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with excellent time management skillsMeticulous attention to detailStrong people management and mentoring skillsClear verbal and written communication is requiredInterested in hearing more?
