Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise.Performing accounting research related to complex transactions and creating written deliverables summarizing the application of the accounting guidance to the specified transaction.Working alongside of other subject matter experts on our team to develop and deepen your own technical accounting knowledge.Learning the latest developments and the firm''s standards and policies and staying on top of industry developments and their effects on our clients'' competitive position.Qualifications:5 to 7 years of recent public accounting external audit experience with. SEC audit experience is strongly preferred.Your skills should include organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing as you work effectively with clients and adequately handle multiple engagements and deliverables.You should be able to demonstrate strong writing and communication skills as your role will require you to articulate (either verbally or in written form) the results of your technical research performed on complex accounting matters and transactions.It is important that you interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion.You will need to be able to multi-task since planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently.This position requires you to be a licensed CPA in the state or be able to be licensed in the appropriate state.Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sitesInterested in hearing more?
