***1st & 2nd Shift CNC Programmers needed for a Local Company***Job Details for CNC Programmers: Schedule:Monday- Friday, 1st & 2nd Shift Pay Rate: $28.00- $31.00, relocation reimbursement Direct Hire with BenefitsJob Responsibilities & Description for CNC Programmers:Design and request procurement of tools necessaryProgram and maintain current file revisions of all client partsInterpret engineering blueprints to draw (program) flat pattern layouts of partsReverse engineer parts for manufacturingMake machine & tooling selections to manufacture parts in the most cost effective mannerWork with client''s engineersUtilize CAD/CAM software to continuously improve run time and programming time. Job Requirements for CNC Programmers:Min 3 years working with programming CNC Punch Press and/or Lasers for Sheet Metal Fabrication.Capable of efficiently integrating existing methods with new innovation to economically solve production problems in a timely manner.Working knowledge of SolidWorks -you must have used this for sheet metal fabrication; CAMWorks; and a computerized nesting software preferably SigmaNEST.Ability to understand G Codes including ability to write, edit and troubleshoot production and technical issues.Knowledgeable on various precision CNC machinery and principles, fabrication and machining practices, the properties of materials, and the application of mathematics and dimensions to production machinery and tooling.
