Comprehensive benefits & compensation package.Job DetailsResponsibilities: Ensures accuracy of financial transactions and ensures processes align with company policies/procedures. Ensures timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing in accordance with GAAP. Coordinate the preparation and compliance with federal and state income taxes, payroll taxes, and sales/use taxes. Assists in planning and establishing economic goals and objectives for the company and supports FP&A in providing financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting. Collaborates with the Controller & C-Level team to provide insight and analysis of key drivers of performance. Monitor the cycle count program investigating large variances and lead the year-end physical count. Assists the Chief Financial Officer in overseeing day-to-day treasury functions, including cash application, wire transfers, and help with forecasts. Creates performance measures, monitoring processes and feedback systems that support the company''s objectives. Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts monthly. Manages communication across departments and with vendors. Qualifications: BA degree in Accounting/Finance or related study. 3+ years of related work experience.
