M&A Consultant - International Accounting

Our client is an American software developer that is used for creation and maintenance of applications, including version control, developer collaboration, application lifecycle management and web application servers. They are based in Minneapolis, and are owned by private equity firms, and have recently gone through massive growth due to acquisitions. Where do you come in? They need a senior consultant to assist with investigating the recent acquisitions since they were not completely uniform in their integration. A recent vacancy in their International Accounting side has left the client in need of someone who can come in and better grasp how/why the integrations happened the way they did, and then potentially provide some insight into how to gain GAAP compliancy and overall, provide unification.
