A positive attitude is a must!What we offer:Up to $18 Per Hour Pay!!Semi-Annual reviews for raises!Full-time positionIRA & IRA MatchingProfessional Development Assistance!Commission Pay!!401(k) Retirement planEmployee Discount2 Weeks'' Paid Vacation plus sick leave!!Responsibilities - Sales Associate:Answering the phones and answering client questionsProvide information about the products and servicesHelp clients in the store select the right medical equipmentDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the medical products, services, and how the most common diagnosis''s present in a patient (i.e., Parkinson''s, Alzheimer''s, Arthritis- we will educate you)Ring customers up and gather their informationSupport the team in fulfilling deliveries and meeting clients'' needs- be a team playerOther duties as assignedRequirements - Sales Associate:Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsA kind, compassionate demeanorAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskCustomer-facing work (1 year required)Positive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSpanish is a plus but not requiredAble to take accurate measurements of individuals for compression socks and wheelchair fittings, we will train you how toWell-groomed appearance and a positive attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Valid driver''s license and a good driving recordResume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.Must pass a pre-employment background check, DMV, and drug screen.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.We are an equal opportunity employer.
