Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes. Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts. Shift lengths vary based on package volume - generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours. Starting pay up to $13.50/hr This location currently has the current bonus pay enhancement program(s): $1 ALL pay enhancement 11/14/21-12/25/21 $2 FT pay enhancement 11/14/21-12/25/21 Attendance - weekly hours worked bonus 11/7/21-1/1/22 $100 (Full Time must work 40+ hours) $50 (Part Time must work 25+ hours) To qualify for the bonus, PH''s must meet both the hours threshold and work a 6th day. In addition, the hours thresholds will be increased from 25 to 35 hours for part time PH''s and from 40 to 48 hours for fulltime package handlers.
