Our Public Academic Health center client is looking for a Contract Corporate Recruiter for a 4+ month contract in San Antonio. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, source, and recruit top talent. This is a high-volume role that will recruit for positions across academic, administrative, and medical specialties. Job Duties Manage full cycle recruiting process which encompasses sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates for multiple searches. Foster a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process. Partner with hiring managers to develop target candidate profiles.
