Role offers work from home flexibility and room for growth.Client DetailsMultifamily office.DescriptionWide range of responsibilities, including: Advise on the planning and analysis of client estates and trust.Draft and review all estate planning, charitable giving, tax and other documentation.Reviewing the current status of the client Estate Plan based on current documentationProviding sophisticated business succession strategies for clients Advising individuals and families on trust structures and private client tax matters.Contributing to a broad range of estate planning matters including edits of wills and various related estate planning documents.Supporting the client by performing general tax and related research and writing.ProfileJD from an accredited law school; LLM in Tax a plusCurrent admission to NY BarMinimum of two years'' experience in the Trust & Estates group (or related area of practice) of a law firm.The ideal candidate would have experience working with ultra high net-worth individuals in the design and drafting of their estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, premarital agreements, and other estate planning documents.Should be experienced with family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, shareholder agreements, installment sales, and other related transactions.Must have excellent communications skills and be able to multi-task and work independently.
