Constellis is headquartered just outside of Washington, D.C. in Reston, VA. RESPONSIBILITIES: Single point of entry for submission and tracking of all logistic requirements. Develop accurate and flexible logistic support plans to support program requirements. Provide logistical support of assigned projects including but not limited to, shipping coordination, packaging requirements, shipping documentation and freight damage claims. Liaison with program management, accounting, contracting, procurement, warehouse, compliance, legal, travel, transportation and operations in support of programs. Work closely with program accountants to ensure cost effectiveness of the materials and services required to support the programs. Reads customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped. Coordinates and schedules inbound and outbound shipments for all programs and projects assigned. Provides cradle to grave accountability for all shipments, requisitions and reservations. Ensures accurate sizing and gear issue information in regards to assigned task order for all graduating classes. Ensures all property transactions are accurate and properly documented within the Sunflower property tracking system in accordance with company guidelines and customer/government requirements Maintains CONUS and OCONUS inventories in accordance with CNTPO and Customer regulations. Coordinates with customer on logistics matters. Collaborates with CNTPO staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policy and customer/contract requirements with regard to staffing and logistics matters. Recommends logistics/staffing process changes or updates to management as necessary to enhance efficiency Assists in the performance of internal/external audits in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations. Creates and maintains any required/requested audit and inventory reports and distributes them to the necessary stakeholders as required or requested. Assists Program Director with CNTPO compliance requirements Maintains effective communication and teamwork within CNTPO and ACADEMI Keep current with contracts, pay, emergency leave policies, DBA insurance policies, medical evacuation procedures, and travel policies. Approve staff timesheets and manage work schedule(s) of subordinates if assigned. Records training and operations expenses, including travel, hotels, per diem, vehicles and instructor and range costs. Oversees passport, visa and travel processing. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor''s degree preferred. A minimum of eight years of experience in personnel coordination and logistics management required. Must have experience working with Government IDIQ contracts. Must have detailed knowledge of ACADEMI and CNTPO instructions, processes and procedures in support of CONUS and OCONUS operations. Must possess excellent math skills and advanced proficiency with MS Office required. Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion. Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Travel will be required, 25-50%. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 100 lbs.
