With our five operational hubs, we can efficiently route mail, pharmaceuticals, bank deposits, and packages to over 5,000 businesses in the area.Why join us?Full health benefitsPTO planJob stabilityJob DetailsWe are seeking a Controller/Accounting Manager to manage all aspects of accounting, finance along with some human resources and office management.Schedule: Monday-Friday; in-officeManage a staff of 2-3 employeesManage semi-monthly payrolls for over 250 employees.Manage time and attendance software and payroll software.Manage billing and accounts receivable for over 400 accounts.Manage accounts payable and cash flow.Manage some human resource functionsManage insurance renewals & worker comp claimsPrepare timely and accurate financial statements.Manage bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.Negotiate with vendors as needed.Handle facility issues as needed.Work with customer service, sales and operations for various requests.Requirements:B.S. in Accounting or Finance5+ years'' experience working as an accounting manager or controllerExcellent work ethic and work historyLarge payroll experienceInterested in hearing more?
