Applicants should be reliable, outgoing, organized, computer literate, and have strong communication skills. Must have an understanding of ski and snowboard equipment construction and boot fitting. Previous equipment, rental or retail experience is helpful, but not required. This is a team environment and we are seeking team players who will assist in other tasks as needed with a positive attitude. We are willing to train the right candidate who has the desire to learn! Applicants should go above and beyond for our guests in order to create a memorable experience for each and every person they encounter. Those hired should come to work everyday energetic, with a positive attitude, and passion for what they do!
