This position will support any orders that have been received and help to execute it successfully.Why join us?We offer an industry competitive compensation plan along with professional growth with a growing, global company.Job DetailsResponsibilities: Review PO or contract working with legal, HQ and different departments to ensure accuracy before create SO. Oracle order entry to create sales orders. Update all orders in Oracle based on quarterly business goals and requirements. Work with logistics and finance to confirm payment and shipping term to enter order accurately. Ensure orders follow correct pricing before submitting it for managements approvals. Using DocuSign, get signature from management to confirm customer sales order with fully executed contract. Organize and archive related documents in server. Update order status to internal team to ensure timely delivery to customer. Should be able to work under a pressure especially quarter end and many issues. Ensure all orders are released to logistics on time by sending prepayment reminder. Work with customer finance team on prepayment or credit status. Prepare and collect necessary documents for order execution such as Flash Test Data and others. Report order status internally for successful execution. Review on hand inventory availability, respond to sales'' inquiry, reserve inventory when lead comes in. Quarter end inventory clearing assisting the sales manager to clear inventory sales by providing detail inventory and recommend possible selling opportunity per inventory availability.Requirements Solar industry experience a plus.
