This role is a mix of 80% programming and 20% business analysis, planning, communicating, looking for efficiencies, etc.Why join us?Competitive PayGenerous Full Benefits Free ParkingOnsite GymWe are employee-owned and give all employees stock and ownership in the companyJob Details Work with many different internal project teams to meet survey project objectives and timelines Gather specifications, determine the best development methods, test and run programs, and proactively troubleshoot potential issues Design and implement complex logic scenarios into online surveys, ensuring online compatibility for multiple browsers and devices Program complex surveys for online or telephone data collection using a variety of programming languages (Python, XML, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, HTML5, SQL, ASP.NET) and software packages (Decipher, Unicom, Qualtrics) Implement new scripting techniques to gain efficiencies Assist with the introduction of new technologies into the department Document and share new technology and coding learnings and efficiencies across the team Gather and run data exports to display survey results according to client specifications and occasionally manipulate data programming related experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; focus on providing quality service and be able to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have one year with the above experience in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and using Web development tools and languages Python, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, SQL, and ASP.NET.
