It''s a good time to be with Miele! Customer focused liaison promoting and implementing functional excellence in the Customer Service role. With the Miele Dealer Network as the customer base, will manage the sales order through invoice process in an SAP environment to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company protocols. Key Responsibilities Responsible for responding to customer inquiries by phone and e-mail, resolving disputes, issuing debit/credits, approving and providing return authorizations, creation of new accounts within the system. Responsible for the order entry, monitoring, modification, verification and release of sales orders through the fulfillment process. Will work with the Dealer network, VIP customers, Architects and Designers, and all levels of the business including but not limited to Demand Planning, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Warehousing and Transportation personnel to meet customer needs while maintaining quality standards. Provide best in class customer service with a focus on meeting Department KPI''s Other duties as assigned Requirements Demonstrated and proficiency as a Customer Service Representative beyond call center and/or retail experience. Must be capable of developing a thorough working knowledge of the order management system within SAP and all applicable policies and procedures. Ability to understand and work within complex systems. Excellent phone, written communications and interpersonal skills. Must possess excellent data entry and organizational skills. Must have above average attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment, completing individual tasks while maintaining focus on the overall departmental and organization goals. Contributes to maintaining a positive team spirit. Ability to comply with processes but also identify areas of improvement and implement change. Ability to adjust with ease to new conditions and personnel and to exhibit the competence and maturity to encourage confidence from customers. Capable of remaining calm and courteous in challenging situations A self-starter with the ability to work independently and make informed and independent decisions under pressure. React quickly to changing priorities. Minimum of three years of Customer Service in a corporate sales environment preferred. One + year experience in an SAP environment preferred. Two Years of College or Equivalent Work Experience.
