Corporate Recruiter Remote temporarily until the pandemic is over. Locations of Seattle, Portland, SF, LA, Denver, Boise, Phoenix, Chicago, and Dallas are all fine. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING? Our Recruiters play a key role in building the future of our company by collaborating with hiring managers, and HR to perform efficient full cycle recruiting. As a recruiter for the company, you would serve as the face of the company, being the first point of contact most jobseekers will have with us. The position will be based in Boise, Idaho, or one of our main regional offices (Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Pleasanton CA, Denver CO, Dallas TX, Chicago, IL, or Fullerton, CA, Phoenix, AZ). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide an efficient and "white glove" experience for every candidate from application to hire. Partner with business leaders and HR to build competitive intelligence, develop innovative recruiting strategies and maintain pipelines of exceptional talent. Stay in touch with the industry landscape and market trends to bring recruiting solutions to our business partners. Educate and train internal clients on recruiting processes and best practices to ensure top-talent selection. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, business leaders, and cross-functional HR teams. WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING FOR? Highly skilled in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring diverse and inclusive slates of candidates. Detail oriented with strong intuition for the cultural contributions of potential hires. The desire to develop recruiting solutions, think outside of the box, and adapt to dynamic markets while recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Data driven and strategic mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to market to internal and external candidates. Fantastic organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks while ensuring accuracy in work output. Experienced user of recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor WE BELIEVE THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE HAS THESE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 5+ years full cycle recruiting experience required including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and salary negotiation. Corporate experience highly required. Knowledge of recruiting with G&A (Supply Chain, HR, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Operations, Merchandising, etc.). is highly preferred. Bachelor''s degree or relevant experience preferred. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I would ideally like someone who has in house and agency experience. I need people with experience recruiting for corporate level professional roles not retail, unfortunately. Temp to perm is possible, but let''s be up front that it''s not currently budgeted. Minimum 3-month assignment, but I''d say closer to 6 months. Need at least three years of corporate recruiting experience, and if they haven''t been recruiting in 2021, I''m not going to be interested.
