Electrical Superintendent

The Electrical Superintendent oversees the day-to-day activities of large, complex electrical construcction projects. You will be responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers and Subcontractors to complete the project within guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations. Works with Project Team to develop job schedule that is consistent with company commitments. Reviews schedule during project to ensure deadlines are met; notifies appropriate parties of delays or acceleration. Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work. Administers timely and accurate paperwork for project activities (change orders, T&M, purchase orders, manpower schedules, timecards, payroll) Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards.
