There is an immediate opportunity for a Benefits Administrator in our Employee Benefits department. Our objective is to provide opportunities for professional growth while maintaining work-life balance. We are looking for an individual who is committed to contribute to goal achievement in a positive and proactive working environment. The Benefits Administrator - Employee Benefits will be responsible for pension, VEBA and retiree benefit administration. Responsibilities for the position include the following: Essential Functions: Pension Administration: Manage set up of select surviving spouse Managing semi-annual widow''s benefit payment Manage process for all QDRO for retirees pre-2015 Retiree Benefit Administration: Assist in coordination with pensioners benefits across healthcare, life insurance and pension Retiree customer service - including answering all calls to the toll free number Pension participant change management (address, direct deposit, withholding etc) VEBA Administration: Coordinate eligibility with 3rd party administrator Minimum Requirements: Bachelor''s degree 3+ years of experience in pension administration Knowledge related to benefits is preferred Excellent analytical, writing and editing skills Proficient in Excel - including pivot tables and large data file comparisons Ability to manage multiple priorities Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
