Direct Support Professional

Due to rapid expansion in all of our clinics, we are offering up to a $4,000 sign on bonus. We are eager to be able to continue to serve clients in our service areas and need you to make this happen! *sign on bonus will be based upon the number of hours worked. Compass Health Network is looking for an individual to work evening shift on Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun as a Direct Support Professional on our residential unit providing services to youth clients. The DSP is responsible for supervision of consumers to ensure their safety and well being. CHN team members enjoy a collaborative team environment and competitive benefits. Other Responsibilities of the Direct Support Professional: Provide group education.Transport consumers as necessary.Log new medications and store appropriately on unit.Observe self-administration of medicine on unit.Assist with orientation of new plete paper and electronic documentation within required time frames.Supervise/monitor consumers/collect and process UD''sEnsure safety of consumers by appropriately responding to crisis situations as they occur.Assist client(s) with transportation as clinically indicated.
