Join our team and see why we have been named a "Best-In-State" credit union, four years in a row!Location: 971 W Wetmore Road Salary: $22.00/hour Job SummarySupports the goals and objectives of the marketing department in relation to the Credit Union''s strategic plan and mission. Serves as main point of contact for oversight and management of the Hughes website, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, online and mobile banking advertising, and other digital initiatives. Major Duties and Responsibilities:Updates website with new content, revisions, articles, images, graphics, videos, rates, notices, and more. Works closely with Web Developers on new features and implementations. Leads landing page optimization efforts and provides recommendations based on user feedback, testing, and industry trends.Manages the Credit Union''s SEO efforts. Monitor and report on website statistics, performance, and SEO utilizing Google Analytics, Siteimprove, Yext and other resources. Develops strategies for improvement.Responsible for the creation, deployment and testing of monthly eNewsletter. Helps to create personalized and dynamic messaging based on data-driven insights. Assist Digital Marketing Analyst, Senior, with adopting and fostering industry best practices in strengthening delivery and email communication optimization.Helps create targeted messages and digital ads. Research new ways to engage members using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Architect, and MX.Assists the Marketing Manager on other digital channels including website vendors such as AutoSmart, CO-OP, Love MY Credit Union, CUNA online subscriptions, PSCU, etc.Research, test, and recommend the use and integration of marketing software and digital tools.Provides assistance when needed for social media, email, and other marketing needs.Performs other related duties as assigned.Expectations:To meet the Marketing Department''s goals and objectives with respect to web, email, and digital marketing goals, as well as performance of other marketing duties.To achieve the Credit Union''s planned market share, assets, loans, and other product/service objectives.To deliver planned results within budget.To assist the department in achieving an internal service survey score of 4.75 or greater.Knowledge and Skills:Experience: Three or more years of Digital Marketing experience or related experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility. One year of experience in Search Engine Optimization. Education: Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, Graphic Design, IT or related field.Other Skills:Experience with Content Managent Systems (CMS) such as Sitefinity or Wordpress.Experience with Email Service Providers (ESP), such as Salesforce or Constant Contact.Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, SiteImprove, Yext, SEO, SEM, Adwords, Retargeting.Adept in Adobe Creative Cloud (PhotoShop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Proficient in editing HTML and CSS.Strict attention to detail required.Familiarity with Project Management Systems (Asana).Quick learner and technologically savvy.Excellent writing skills that demonstrate a solid grasp of English grammar.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Able to work independently, but eager to collaborate with co-workers and participate as a member of inter-departmental projects.Ability to handle multiple projects at one time. Good time management skills.
