Maintenance Manager

Our client is a national leader in food production. Seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance staff. Primary responsibilities include: - Train, mentor and lead supervisors, team leaders and assigned maintenance personnel - Ensure plant is operating efficiently and safely - Provide reports to Plant Manager, senior management and executives Position reports to Plant Manager. Ideal candidate for Maintenance Manager position near Secaucus, NJ, will possess the following. - Bachelors in Engineering. - LEAN Six Sigma trained (LSSGB/BB) - 10+ years'' experience in maintenance - 5+ years'' experience managing/leading maintenance staff - Understanding of GMP and OSHA Competitive salary.
