A great Community Hospital in Western Oregon is looking for a strong RN House Supervisor. Join this amazing hospital in one of the most beautiful settings in America. You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of tenured medical professionals helping to change the lives of patients everyday. The RN House Supervisor will be directly reporting to the CNO and work closely with department managers, while leading a team of tenured registered nurses, making sure daily clinical and administrative operations are fulfilled. The RN House Supervisor will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.The RN House Supervisor will oversee 25 beds in a fast paced and supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to work with 60 FTE''s that include a well tenured team of registered nurses, managers and directors in multiple departments. The RN House Supervisor will have a variety of clinical and administrative responsibilities to assist in hospital operations. Clinically the RN House Supervisor will act as a role model and resource for staff providing education as needed or directed, promoting an environment of safety and assisting staff in clinical decision making and the resolution of immediate patient, family and provider concerns. Administratively The RN House Supervisor will be responsible for the allocation and management of departmental resources that promote optimal efficiency and patient outcomes on their shift. You will actively participate in the implementation and promotion of the hospital and departmental goals and strategic plan including the completion of projects and quality initiatives.
