Associate Director - Behavioral Health Clinic

A New York City health services network is currently seeking a licensed professional to join their Behavioral Health Clinic as an Associate Director. In this role, the Associate Director will be responsible for helping to build and manage the organization''s new CCBHC program as well as overseeing and managing a multidisciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities: The Associate Director will be responsible for: Hiring clinical and administrative staff in coordination with the Program Director Monitoring delivery of clinical services, providing advice and guidance to clinicians both formally and on an ad hoc basis Providing weekly clinical supervision to therapists and weekly supervision to care managers and administrative staff Leading weekly multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure the coordination of proper client care Meeting regularly with the Program Director to provide meaningful input into program design, workflows and nonclinical policies Researching best practices and writing clinical policies for program to ensure high level of client care Coordinating client care with other agency departments and external partners Performing other duties as determined by the Program Director Qualifications: 3+ years of Supervisory experience Bachelor''s and/or Master''s Degree LCSW, Psy.D or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology Experience working with people with serious Mental Illness and Co-occurring Substance Abuse and primary healthcare challenges Must be comfortable utilizing telemedicine platforms and video conferencing systems Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized
