PrideStaff and PrideStaff Financial located in Roseville, servicing the East Sacramento area, is assisting a small business in identifying an office support and customer-oriented individual to join their team. This position is full time position, temporary to hire. Required Experience and Characteristics - Outstanding customer service skills, polite and professional demeanor Excellent communication skills and abilities, both written and verbal Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Word and Outlook email primarily Must be comfortable with all general office tools, functions and equipment - fax, filing, electronic filing, message machines, email. QuickBooks or other basic/billing and accounting system experience, a plus Must be computer literate and have experience with general office functions Assist with vendors as well customers Take on necessary office projects without training and follow-through to project completion Assist with invoicing, data entry, and data-base management Work effectively and communicate well with field/fellow employees Must be able to readily multitask and prioritize duties Desirable Characteristics & Skills: Must be computer literate and have experience in office setting Experience with various general office functions- Accounts Payable, Receivable and general purchasing procedures. Dispatch and coordination of field support a plus Must be able to accept responsibility, be able to work independently, possess a focused approach to accomplishing tasks, yet be able to multi-task and prioritize ''on the fly''. Must be accountable for actions, goal-driven, and team-oriented. Must be reliable, dependable and available for full time work.
